In early January of 2022, Brenda and I had a conversation about my desire to find a property in Florida. She took charge, despite my somewhat challenging requirements of what I was looking for. More specifically, I wanted to be located within 20 minutes of a major airport, with multiple routes to get there. I wanted to be in an ungated community and I wanted to be in a community with no HOA. To my surprise, within 10 days of our conversation Brenda came back with multiple options. Upon making a decision, Brenda took charge, both guiding me through the closing process and helping curate a list of contractors to help with the renovation of the property. Quite honestly there is no way we could have facilitated this relocation project without Brenda's help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home or office location. Brenda is truly the Real Estate Caddie. She can even help you find the best golf club to join!
